for providing access to the online service

hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", to enter into an agreement on the following terms.

1. Terms

1.1. Service — the online platform "Linguics", available at the following addresses:

• https://www.linguics.pro
• https://app.linguics.pro

1.2. Landing page — the website https://www.linguics.pro, containing the description of services and pricing plans.

1.3. Application — the web interface of the Service, located at https://app.linguics.pro, through which access to functionality is provided.

1.4. User — an individual who has accepted the terms of this Offer.

1.5. Acceptance — registration in the Service and/or plan payment.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Service Provider grants the User access to the functionality of the online service for learning foreign languages using auto-generated flashcards.

2.2. Access is provided via the Internet.

2.3. The service is considered provided from the moment access to the Service functionality is granted to the User.

2.4. The Service is a digital product and is provided without a physical medium.

3. Registration and payment procedure

3.1. To obtain access, the User must complete registration in the Application.

3.2. Service prices are listed on the page: https://www.linguics.pro/en#pricing.

3.3. Payments are processed via the Robokassa payment aggregator.

3.4. The Service Provider does not store users' bank card data.

3.5. By clicking the payment button, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

4. Refunds and subscription cancellation

4.1. The User may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the payment date.

4.2. Refunds are possible provided that, at the time of the request, the User has used no more than 10% of the selected plan limits during the paid billing period.

4.3. If more than 10% of the selected plan limits have been used, the Service Provider may refuse a refund, since the service is considered substantially delivered.

4.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method and within 10 (ten) business days from the date the refund decision is made.

4.5. To request a refund, the User sends an email to linguics.pro@gmail.com, including:

• the email address used during registration;
• payment date and amount;
• reason for the request.

Subscription auto-renewal

4.6. Subscription payments may be made under automatic renewal conditions (recurring payments).

4.7. The subscription is automatically renewed for the next billing period until canceled by the User.

4.8. The User may cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time before the start of the next billing period via Service functionality or by sending a request to the Service Provider's email.

4.9. Funds for an already started billing period are non-refundable, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Service Provider may:

• change the Service functionality;
• change pricing plans;
• suspend access in case of terms violation.

The User undertakes to:

• not transfer access to third parties;
• not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• provide accurate data during registration.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

6.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party actions or technical failures beyond its control.

7. Personal data

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.linguics.pro/en/privacy.

8. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Offer enters into force from the date of publication.

9.2. The Service Provider may amend the Offer terms without prior notice.

9.3. The current version is always published on the website.

Final provisions

By using the Service, registering in it, or making a payment, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Offer without reservations or exceptions.

Acceptance of this Offer is registration in the Service and/or payment for the selected plan.
